Project role and skills:

Janko Međedović contributes to the project with his extensive experience in research methodology, particularly in multivariate statistical methods and data analysis, the development of new questionnaires and instruments, and the assessment of their psychometric characteristics. With a significant number of works in the field of criminal psychology, including personality traits and environmental factors related to criminal behaviour, he is an expert with broad knowledge.

Within the PrisonLIFE project, Janko Međedović leads the evaluation of psychometric characteristics and validation of the MQPL scale in the Serbian language. He also actively participates in the cultural adaptation and development of the MQPL scale through focus groups, contributing to its quality. Additionally, he is involved in researching the connections between the quality of prison life, the dark triad, coping styles, self-esteem, aggression, and depression. Janko Međedović is also engaged in activities promoting and disseminating the results of the PrisonLIFE project.
