Project role and skills:

Nikola Drndarević, an expert in personality psychology and psychological assessment, will enhance the project by sharing his experience in designing semi-structured protocols and interviews, conducting focus groups with sensitive and marginalised groups, and assessing, calculating, and interpreting the psychometric characteristics of measurement instruments. As a member of the PrisonLIFE project team, he will oversee the data collection process and input it into the established database. Additionally, he is responsible for preliminary and final statistical analyses of relevant data on the sociodemographic, criminological, and penological characteristics of convicted individuals. His skills in statistical methods, data processing, interpreting findings, and writing scientific papers are crucial for the project’s successful implementation.

Nikola Drndarević is involved in the cultural adaptation and development of the MQPL scale in the Serbian language, in evaluating psychometric characteristics and validation, as well as in preliminary evaluations through focus groups and final adaptation. During the exploratory and comparative study within the PrisonLIFE project, he will investigate the connection between the quality of prison life, the dark triad, and coping styles. Moreover, he is responsible for various project promotion activities, particularly on social media, and monitoring its visibility.
