As part of the team, Olivera Pavićević is responsible for analysing and understanding the quality of prison life from a broader sociological perspective, particularly through the lens of cultural criminology, social pathology, therapeutic jurisprudence, well-being, and resilience. Her experience contributes to key aspects of the project, especially innovating the exploration of the connection between moral and social climate with personal transformation, well-being, and prosperity of convicted individuals.
As an experienced sociologist, Olivera Pavićević leads an exploratory and comparative study on the quality of prison life in Serbia. Her focus encompasses the overall quality of prison life, with a specific emphasis on the population of female inmates. Within the framework of theoretical-empirical analysis, she investigates possibilities for improving the quality of prison life in Serbia, providing foundations for empirical and theoretical recommendations. She is responsible for disseminating project results through various activities.
